As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

You will be responsible for managing various social media platforms, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure effective online presence.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and target audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media plans into broader campaigns.

Content Creation:Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

Platform Management:Manage and administer various social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Regularly update profiles, monitor comments/messages, and engage with the online community.

Audience Engagement:Foster and grow the company's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner. Initiate and participate in discussions to drive engagement and build relationships.

Campaign Execution:Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and collaborations to increase brand visibility and engagement. Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Analytics and Reporting:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Use analytics tools to track progress, generate reports, and provide insights to refine strategies.

Trend Monitoring:Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition and maximize results.

Collaboration:Work closely with the content team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Paid Advertising:Collaborate with the digital advertising team to plan and execute paid social media campaigns. Manage budgets, target audiences, ad creatives, and performance tracking.

Social Listening:Monitor online conversations about the brand, industry, and competitors. Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement or content creation.
