- Oversee daily interactions on Razer's social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, aiming to significantly boost engagement and channel growth. This includes regular upkeep, moderation, conflict resolution, and adherence to community guidelines.
- Produce and edit video content tailored for social media, encompassing both short- and long-form formats, with a preference for experience in livestreaming and event coverage.
- Maintain a current content calendar while ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders for timely content delivery.
- Evaluate owned social media channels and external platforms to derive industry insights and propose enhancements.
- Generate engaging content across diverse social media channels to broaden the audience and elevate engagement levels.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams on various social media initiatives.
- Address ad-hoc departmental tasks as required.
- A degree in Media Production, Video and Film, Communications, Digital Media, or Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional visual and design capabilities with the aptitude to conceptualize and realize video concepts.
- Proficient in video production, editing, and publishing processes.
- Experience in live streaming is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media best practices, industry trends, online marketing, and engagement strategies.
- Skilled in utilizing social media management tools and content scheduling.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while achieving business objectives.
- Capable of collaborating with teams across different time zones and cultures.
