Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Network Manager to oversee the optimization of our logistics network and facilities across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics facilities are strategically located, efficient, and cost-effective, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition, the Logistics Network Manager will play a key role in sourcing and negotiating leasing contracts for logistics facilities, and developing best practices in budgeting and facilities management.
Lead the design and optimization of our logistics network across multiple markets to ensure they are efficient and cost-effective, with a focus on network planning, urban planning, and real estate considerationsSource and negotiate leasing contracts for logistics facilities, ensuring favourable terms and conditionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy can be translated into pragmatic actions and is well executedMonitor facility budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencyDevelop and implement facility maintenance programs and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and company policiesDevelop and implement best practices for logistics network and facilities management to drive operational excellence, including budgeting and facilities managementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all network and facility-related activities and expensesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field5+ years of experience in urban planning, real estate, logistics network and facilities management or related fields, preferably with exposure to multiple markets in AsiaStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate trade-offs and make well-rounded decisionsExcellent negotiation and real estate leasing skills.
Able to build a strong understanding of each market's real estate landscape and partner with local teams to negotiate favorable termsExperience in network planning and facilities management software and tools is preferred but not necessarySome travel is required as this is a regional roleAbility to work in a dynamic and impact-driven environmentCompany informationRegistration No NReport this job advert
