- Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
- Handles guests' inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
- Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
- Performs other related tasks.
- Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
