    Join us in our Singapore office as an Executive Assistant supporting the senior professionals from the Legal and Governance team in Asia within the Real Assets division in Macquarie Asset Management.

    What role will you play?

    Working in a fast-paced and close-knit team environment, you will provide crucial support to the Legal and Governance team on preparing and processing corporate regulatory filings, maintaining corporate databases and updating internal registers and corporate records. This includes director appointments and board changes, coordinating execution of documents, notarization or apostillization, board approvals, agendas and board papers.

    You will also support the business directly by providing key company information in response to KYC, Due Diligence and auditor requests. In addition, you will be responsible for extensive inbox and diary management, internal and external meeting arrangement, domestic and international travel management, as well as regularly interacting and supporting other assistants to coordinate conference calls with international offices and across different time zones.

    What you offer

  • 5+ years' experience gained from providing executive assistant support within the professional services industry (finance, consulting or legal)
  • Prior experience gained in the capacity of legal secretary, practice admin assistant, team assistant to a legal or corporate governance team is essential
  • Be proactive and be able to understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team
  • Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities with the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with a global team and with stakeholders at all levels.
