    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Control daily kitchen operations

    2. Ensure consistency, high standard food products are served to customers

    3. Understands and compile with the mandatory hygiene and cleanliness standards

    4. Maintain good condition of kitchen supplies, equipments and work areas

    5. Prepare and control ingredients inventory

    6. Produce all food menus with excellent quality

    7. Quality check of all products

    8. Suggest and recommend potential food menus to management

    9. Serve and perform ad hoc duties when required
