    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend to customer inquiries and feedback through phones / emails / walk-ins
    • Processing customer orders, prepare sales quotation, issue sales invoice creation in NAVISION
    • Coordinate with logistics and schedule for orders delivery
    • Provides support to the sales team and coordinate well with other departments
    • Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

    Requirements:

    • Only open to Singaporeans or PR
    • Minimum Professional Certification, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients in view of business communications
    • Min 1 year in sales support or a related administrative role
    • Availability to start work within short notice will be ideal

    Additional Information:

    • Working Location: Woodlands
    • Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30pm (Mon – Fri) ; 8.30 am to 1.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
