    Your role
    As a Lead Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of Financial Crime Systems related applications/projects. You will be directly working with client and help them to achieve implementing business objectives as per their roadmap in Financial Crime and Risk and Compliance programmes/portfolios. You will be guiding team (Infosys and client team) with your consultancy proficiency in AML, Netreveal, Unix, SQL areas. You will also play an important role in development of new relationship.

    Responsibilities
    • Understanding requirements from the Product Owners (PO)/Business related to changes, enhancements, or new development of functionalities in NetReveal.
    • Coordinate with Offshore teams to pass on the understanding of the requirements and bridge the gaps in the understanding in case there is any.
    • Provide input in Pre PI, PI planning, Sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
    • Create or provide input to the High-Level Design documents.
    • Provide estimates related to changes, enhancements, or new development of functionalities in NetReveal.
    • Participate in Implementation activities.
    Required
    Essential:
    • Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
    • At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology with minimum 5 years of experience in NetReveal or similar AML, Sanctions alert and case management product
    • Sound knowledge SQL and UNIX
    • Good knowledge of NetReveal or Detica or similar AML, Sanctions alert and case management product
    Preferred:
    • Well versed with SDLC. Experience in Agile and waterfall delivery model.
    • Good to have experience in Financial Crime Domain.
