Roles & Responsibilities> Manage daily operations of an outlet
> Achieve/exceed the Key Perfomance Indicators (KPIs) given by the Management
> Monthly roster planning/adjustments
> Monthly sales planning and implemetation
> Record attendance and calculate payroll
> Enforce discipline and motivate employees
> Training and coaching sales team
> Able to trace reasons for inventory or money shortfalls
> POS/NETS/CREDITCARD machine operation and basic troubleshooting
> Ensure outlet clean and tidy
> Ensure stocks and resources are promptly ordered and replenished
> Ensure discipline in workers
> Build good rapport and relationship with customers
