- Responsible for identifying and executing optimizing direct and indirect cost in the Cards business across multiple markets within Asia.
- Collaborate with market teams, marketing, finance, operations, underwriting and others to understand and optimize costs.
- Develop keen understanding of cost allocations and make sure allocated costs are accurate and logical.
- Develop, maintain, and improve reporting and analysis associated with costs.
- Run cost optimization and revenue initiatives across markets; ensure end to end execution.
- KPIs: CER, CPA, Transaction Margin, and other Cost efficiency improvement metrics.
