    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects within our organization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope and quality standards. The Project Manager collaborates effectively with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to achieve project goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
      Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource requirements.
      Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
    • Project Execution: Lead the project team, assign tasks, and ensure effective resource allocation.
      Monitor project progress against plans, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
      Manage project budget, track expenses, and forecast potential variances.
    • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly and transparently.
      Facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
      Manage client expectations and negotiate project changes when necessary.
    • Project Reporting: Prepare project status reports for stakeholders and management.
      Analyze project metrics and identify trends.
    • Project Closure: Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
      Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project deliverables.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: 2 years of experience in project management. Experience in the IT industry relevant is a plus.
    • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desired.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
      Expertise in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
    • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
      Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
      Ability to handle pressure and prioritize effectively.
