Offshore Installation Manager - Singapore - MODEC OFFSHORE PRODUCTION SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsible for the managing unit's offshore HSSE, budget, production, integrity, people and compliance with MODEC procedures, national and international regulations and standards, by guiding offshore marine,maintenance, production and administrative teams, liaising with client, authorities and Onshore departments, thus ensuring the unit's availability, safe operation and the production and revenue target achievement, contributing to the business continuity and its growth.

Plan and coordinate with the Superintendents all Marine, Production and Maintenance activities, so the objectives are achieved.

Ensure implementation of Safety Management System of the Company.

Promote safety culture that leads the staff to understand the operating procedures and safety studies, so that all operating strictly in accordance with them.

Ensure accurate implementation of the system for permission to work (PTW).

Ensure that all documentation and certification is in order and updated.

Promote training and development of staff and ensure that the System of Competence Guarantee of the Company is being implemented.

Ensure compliance with the obligations laid down in the Union Agreement.

Provide reports for the proprietary representatives, as they are required.

Facilitate constructive working relationship between all staff, motivating an open communication, with the leadership and among colleagues.

Ensure that all personnel: Are familiar with MODEC HS&E policies; Understand their emergency response duties and that Modec Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy is clearly understood as well as the HSEQ MS Roles and Responsibilities.
