Description

This position is to oversee the outgoing processing and responsible for end-to-end order fulfilment, starting from order picking, packing and checking.

The position also assists the Senior Manager, Chilled Operations to manage the pork side receiving process and inventory.

Main duties and responsibilities

Oversee outgoing operations (Day and Night shifts) to achieve daily customer order fulfilment

Plan and execute daily operational activities to meet SLA

Collect and analyse data to provide regular update to

Management and correct anomalies

Review, formulate and implement department


SOP
Lead, direct and coach team members; including but not limited to developing and communicating objectives, setting priorities,

conducting performance reviews, etc.

Ensure safe, clean and healthy

work environment in compliance with statutory requirements and company

policies

Establish and manage goods return process

Establish proper pork side inventory management system

Participate and collaborate with other functional teams to drive operational excellence

Personal attributes

Min. 5 years of relevant trade and hand-on

operational experience

Possess strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

Resourceful, independent and able to work effectively in a diverse environment
