Description

As the direct report to the Head of Talent Management & Organization Development, your role involves recognizing organizational learning requirements, formulating training strategies, executing learning programs, overseeing training policies, and furnishing management with reports on employee competencies.
Responsibilities

• Review and ensure that learning policies and SOPs are kept relevant
• Monitor the utilization of the training budget
• Review existing training program offerings and suggest enhancements to improve user learning engagement and knowledge acquisition
• Support learning administration and operations when required
• Perform the role of Editor in learning related communications such as learning EDMs

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in training
• Possess in-depth experience with SAP-SuccessFactor Learning Management System
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
