- Review and ensure that learning policies and SOPs are kept relevant
- Monitor the utilization of the training budget
- Review existing training program offerings and suggest enhancements to improve user learning engagement and knowledge acquisition
- Support learning administration and operations when required
- Perform the role of Editor in learning related communications such as learning EDMs
- Minimum 10 years of experience in training
- Possess in-depth experience with SAP-SuccessFactor Learning Management System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
