Key Responsibilities:

Source raw materials, and supplies for production, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Utilize MRP system (e.g., AutoCount) to facilitate pricing updates, inventory tracking, and procurement activities.
Issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Verify received goods against delivery orders (DO) and reconcile discrepancies as necessary to ensure ontime delivery.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners to address any delivery issues or delays.
Generate and issue traveller and route cards to support production scheduling and materials tracking.
Maintain organized and uptodate procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, supplier agreements and ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
Assist in the preparation of RFQ documents, including specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum secondary or ITE, Diploma in supply chain management or logistics will be good.
Minimum 12 years of experience in a related industry, with a focus on purchasing or supply chain management.
Know MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with some data analysis skills.
Proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
