The Project Management Officer/Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional SME Business Initiative and Enablement team in project management, data analysis & day to day bau activities.

The BA will also be involved in managing systems and process improvement projects, as well as the analysis of the various data points from customer & product campaigns, including lead alignment, acceptances & rejections, digital campaign open rate, click thru rate, excel file for revenue reporting, etc.

More importantly, this person will closely monitor the results of the RM-led and Digital client engagements and analyse the findings and assist in dashboard reporting.


  • Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office users to elicit and validate business requirements.
  • Lead and manage issues, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
  • Become an effective "bridge" between users and technology.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.

Skill sets required:

  • Analysis skills
  • Familiarity with Excel to analysis data extracted into excel from various bank's systems
  • Problem solving skills
  • Powerpoint skills to help create slides for presentation
  • Project Management skills
  • Basic banking product knowledge will be an advantage
