    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Highlight

    Responsibilities

    • Provide sales and customer service as well as administrative support to the daily operation of Temple/Columbarium.
    • Collect payments and issue invoices.
    • Data entry and update system record.
    • Assist in festival/celebration of Temple-related matters.
    • Perform simple settlement of daily transactions.
    • Perform general daily clerical duties.
    • Ad-hoc duties are assigned as and when required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Secondary and N/O Level.
    • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service/sales or relevant field.
    • Good working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Meticulous, well-organised and also a good team player.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
    • Able to communicate proficiently with English & Chinese to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking customers.
