• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene.
• Making ingredients.
• Ability to learn things fast.
• Interest in Japanese Teas and desserts making.
• Order, receive and check on goods, ingredients, and supplies.
• Work with mall for promotion and sales opportunity.
• Manage stock taking for the outlet.
• Other ad-hoc duties are required.
