    Roles & Responsibilities

    ü Candidate is the in charge of the overall supervision an entire organization

    ü Assist with operations may require to carrying loads>20kg

    ü Analyse the investment opportunities

    ü Candidate must be able to oversee every section of the company

    ü Most of the time, Candidate is required to attend meetings than staying in front of the computer

    ü must be able to make decisions, sometimes quickly, based on available information

    ü Should be able to convey complex thoughts and processes clearly and concisely also, able to build a diverse team with different talents and personalities

    ü Support the team in the structuring and execution of the acquisition of data centre assets

    ü Review and provide inputs on transaction documents

    ü Prepare research and summaries on acquisition opportunities

    ü Assist in preparation of annual reports and other publications including circulars and offer information statements

    ü Preparation of management reports and board materials.

    ü Develop and implement a sound business plan for sourcing acquisition or investment opportunities, including specific strategies designed to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.

    Requirements:

    ü Bachelor's or Master degree in Sale & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    ü Valid class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record.

    ü Experience in management may be advantageous.

    ü Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

    ü Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

    ü Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

    ü Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

    ü Independent and able to work under tight deadlines

    ü Must work on Weekends and Public Holidays
