EA / Office Admin - Banking
- 6 months contract
The Client
- MNC Bank
The Opportunity
- Directly supports a Senior Manager/s and generally supports an entire department;
- Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, events and conference calls;
- May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings;
- Maintains visitor log and coordinates employee onboarding, seat allocation, rearrangement and exit formalities;
- May assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents;
- Coordinates on travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel;
- Assist COO office in continuity of business planning, recording and monitoring;
- Coordinate control related followup with assigned department;
- Orders supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay system;
- Assists in adhoc reports special projects as needed;
- Provide effective backup coverage to other teams when the respective EA colleague is on leave;
- Trains, coaches or guides other administrative staff when required
Your Background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Previous office administration or related experience is preferred
