- Support the Head Ship Management in HSE functions.
- Monitor PSC inspections and deficiencies, corresponding with relevant parties to ensure adherence to International rules and commercial operations.
- Compile deficiencies related to PSC, FSI, and Right Ship for the fleet managed by the company.
- Support the daily operation and functioning of fleet vessels, ensuring cost-effective, safe, and efficient ship operations.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and, in special cases, ensure the establishment of comprehensive files for future records.
- Assist and ensure the accurate accounting of all expenses, monitoring the operating budget related to HSE.
- Register, monitor, and ensure the implementation of all corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee all HSSEQ issues and matters on board.
- Develop, implement, and uphold the Safety Management System (SMS) of the company.
- Collaborate with Master/Manning agencies to brief the crew on HSSEQ policies, documentation, and procedures.
- Supervise and manage ship compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation (e.g., IMO, Flag State, and Port State rules and regulations).
- Assist in the daily operations of the Crewing Department as a backup.
- Assist/carry out other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- University Graduate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Possess clear communication skills, good analytical ability, with a consistent focus on quality.
