ROLE


We are looking for a Client Service Executive with experience working in the client servicing and/or financial sector (preferably asset management sector) to join our team responsible for delivering dedicated client service to high net worth clients of Banjaran Asset Management.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as daytoday client service contact for company's clients, proactively develop and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Perform AML/KYC review on new and existing clients.
  • Handle client transactions in accordance to internal and regulatory requirements and procedures
  • Liaise between clients and the internal teams to resolve any queries on client instructions and dealing related activities
  • Takes initiative in identifying and driving opportunities to streamline/enhance team efficiency
  • Communicate significant client issues internally and document/escalate as appropriate
  • Work together with other departments on client impacting business and regulatory driven projects and initiatives
  • Perform adhoc assignments as may be assigned by line manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma holder or University graduate with 12 years of experience at asset management or financial services firm and background in client service strongly preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), negotiation and influencing skills
  • Selfstarter who is adaptive, fastlearning, responsive, extremely wellorganized, meticulous, detailoriented and committed to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and meet strict deadlines
  • Flexible/ability to adapt to change
  • Highly accurate with good attention to detail
  • Fluency in verbal Mandarin and English and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • CMFAS qualification required

Additional Asian languages beneficial to support business and clients' needs
