Responsibilities:


  • To provide safe, conducive and patientcentred care environment for residents by assisting Staff Nurse.
  • Work under supervision of Staff Nurse and assist in coordination and implementation of care plan for the residents.
  • Assist in serving medicine and ensure that the resident take their medicine.
  • Assist and supervise activities and rehabilitation programmes to enhance the quality of life for residents.
  • Practice proper decontamination procedure and infection control, and ensure safe custody of residents. Supervise and guide subordinates (Senior NA/NA/Senior HCA/HCA/HA) in their duties.
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Deep interest to specialize and to lead Dementia Care
  • Prior experience working in hospital or nursing home and in dementia care an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
