Our client is a Sizable and Reputable MNC with global operation.

To facilitate their business growth, they are looking for a high calibre Finance Director to join the leadership team and look after the country finance and business.

Reporting to the Regional CFO, your responsibilities include:

Leading local finance teams and business partnering with functional teams including Operation Team, Supply Chain and Procurement Team, Commercial Team, Technology and Projects Team
Monitoring and motivating the teams to enhance the efficiency of the operations, improving internal controls, processes and governance for the business functions
Strategic planning with the regional and global leadership teams on business growth and performance, driving profits and businesses
Assist in Core Finance projects e.g. business migration/ process improvement/ operational excellence/ transformation
Supporting news businesses/ new markets initiatives by forming different strategies, financial models, data and analysis
Ensure the compliance of accounting standards, internal controls, policies and processes are aligned at the regional level
Working closely and supporting different senior internal stakeholders and external parties (professional advisor, vendors, auditors, bankers, lawyers etc)
Ability to be resilient, adaptable to fast changes in competitive/ matrix structure

To qualify, individuals must possess:

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline, Qualified accountant (ACCA/ CPA) is required. Training in Big4 is preferred.
At least 10 years working experiences, including working in sizable companies with overseas entities
Experiences in leading functional (finance and nonfinance teams) in matrix environment
Solid regional exposure and experiences in leading regional teams are required
Leadership experiences and Strong business Partnering skillsets
Experiences in fastpaced environment
Solid Regional/ Overseas exposures are highly preferred
Excellent communication and business partnership skills
Excellent problemsolving and leadership skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin to business partner various stakeholders
Occasional Travel is needed after border reopens
