    Roles & Responsibilities

    Ibis styles Hotel is an International Brand Hotel. Ideal for anyone who has the ambition to grow within the company and have the opportunity for career progression.

    Industry experience not necessary, we are willing to train. Entry level Finance Assistant role.

    Responsibilities

    • Finance duties such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing & General cashier. Handling daily Audit Documents, etc.
    • Coordinating inventory control by way of stock movement and management
    • Multitasking required – this is the new norm in hospitality
    • Handle daily compliance for finance in cost control and what is to be completed by hotel operations
    • Ability to work well under pressure and independently
    • Good CAN DO attitude
    • Ability to manage time and work well under pressure
    • Assist hotel operations on need basis
    • Willing to support the team and be a strong team player
    • Willing to carry out tasks assigned by management on adhoc basis
    • Understanding and willing to remain flexible with job scope and working hours
    • Has good telephone manners
    • Has good and polite communication skills
    • Willing to learn the hotel business in order to provide high standard of customer service in hotel environment
    • Strong organisation skills
    • Good Negotiator to handle supplier relationship
    • Willing to undertake training as recommended by the hotel to improve the skillset
    • Reliable and punctual to work
    • Reporting directly to Hotel Finance Manager - Head of Department.

    Requirements

    • Ideal for fresh graduate , someone who wants to expand in Finance

    • Willing to work with the hotel team and understand hotel operations
    • This is a great entry level role for hospitality industry. Training will be provided.
