Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery, office maintenance, attendance checking on the time management system)
- Prepare and manage staff and project petty cash claim
- Provide clerical & administration support to project team
- Filing and maintain uptodate file records to enable quick retrieval
- Other adhoc duties assigned by the management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- GCE 'O' level
- Min 2 years experience in construction company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal communication ability
- Possess positive attitude towards work and team oriented
- 5.5 days work week
