Description

Responsibilities:


  • Partnering with managers to understand recruiting demands / requirements as well as identifying any gaps within the organization
  • Proactive talent searches via various outreach programs and building comprehensive talent pools
  • Manage end to end recruitment process from advertising, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full life cycle recruiting
  • Source and utilize various tools and resources to effectively evaluate new talent joining the organization as well as reviewing existing talents within the organization
  • Review existing job titles and design career progression pathways and/or suggest improvements
  • Craft out competitive strategies with regards to talent compensation and benefits
  • Drive operational excellence to ensure the best processes, trainings and policies are in place
  • Participate in Career Fairs, internships and any other recruitment projects
  • Preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR related letters
  • Manage employees first day and onboarding
  • Administering and maintaining accurate employee records and HR database
  • Maintain, update and advise employees on company policies and HR processes
  • Responsible for employee insurance activation/deactivation and renewal
  • Record and maintain employee flexi benefit claims
  • Keep track and file government related claims childcare leave claim, maternity claim, NS claim etc
  • Manage exit process including leaver administration, conducting exit interviews and employee clearance
  • Maintain excellent filing system
  • Other adhoc HR admin support as assigned

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or related fields
  • Min 4 years relevant working experience
  • Pleasant personality
  • Adept in MS office
  • Sound knowledge of local employment regulations
  • Independent, driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Meticulous and able to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
