- with at least NTC 3 in electrical/airconditioning with 2-3 years of experience in Comercial building services
- M&E system [aircon, electrical, minor repair, etc]
- Supervise team contractors during maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance/inspection of building work
- Must prepare to work shift and weekends[including PH]
