Responsbilities:


  • Develop and implement operations and maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment and infrastructure
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and machinery issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation of equipment and machinery operation, maintenance, and repair procedures
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance processes
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians and engineers

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in operations and maintenance engineering in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment operation, maintenance, and repair
  • Experience with project management, continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Management or supervisory experience is preferred
