Support real-time operating platform

The Responsibilities:

• Address technical questions from clients on the operation of the ICONICS Suite of software and products
• Document all calls as cases into the company Salesforce CRM System
• Comfortable talking to stakeholders and sellers regarding commercial aspects of cases
• Client support for strategic Customers of the company who use ICONICS products in the area, as designated by management.
• Continuous learning of software products and customer operating environments

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency with Windows platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service-oriented
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, networking, Web Services, IoT Technologies, Cloud applications, and data exchange (Azure, etc.), and Web publishing technology
• Certifications in the latest Microsoft technologies
• Experience with VBA/VB Scripting (or C#, C++)
• Familiarity with using the Salesforce CRM
