Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a Business Analyst to join our Cash Management IT department as in charge of the Team of Business Analyst for Implementation of Cash Management solution into Asia Region for Cash Management System.

Main responsibilities

Functional Skills

Preliminary studies and analysis. (Including leading user workshops)

• Analyze and structure new requirements with all stakeholders involved in order to the organization best way to deliver appropriate solutions and integrate them in overall program.
• Should possess strong focus on gathering core requirements, beyond stated requirements and correctly places these within a broader context.
• Ensure that every new solution implemented respects standards and allow for Mutualization / reuse as much as possible between sites.
• Ensure all requirements are approached from a global perspective for all sites. Specific solution should only be considered to address regulatory, tax or accounting specific requirements.

Requirements
Good functional knowledge on Domestic & International Payments with strong capability to provide in house Solutioning via business Configuration.

• Experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.
• Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments
• Expertise in SWIFT interfacing
• Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
• Experience in following areas is a plus: Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Corporate commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift and ISO) & Trade Finance
