Roles & Responsibilities(Temporary position for 3 months but with possibility of conversion to perm role)
Responsibilities
• Cash management planning such as review cashflow forecast, ensure sufficient cash balances for operation needs.
• Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis
• Prepare financial forecasts
• Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with internal and external audit processes and controls as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Candidate with at least 3 years working experience in construction environment is preferred.
3. Have strong knowledge with Sage 300 accounting system
4. Able to work independently
5. Team orientated, responsible and possesses good working ethics.
