Admin Assistant (Purchasing)
Job Description:
- To assist in purchasing items according to specification and costing
- To assist daily operations (receive purchase order, conversion of order, process purchase order, receive goods / arranging of goods self-collection)
- To ensure stocks are correctly assigned to the right customers before delivery
- To follow-up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Products: IT Hardware and Software Licenses
Requirements:
- Applicants with Admin Experience are preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, team player
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software-
