Description
**Responsibility: - Manage and support sales operation company's independent online store through various online platforms (
Shopee, Lazada, ects)

  • To issue purchase order, stock transfer and update stock on hand for all online stores
  • Support fulfilment procedures for various online platforms
  • Stock management, preparation and posting of sales orders, sales returned orders and prepare inventory reports.
  • To prepare weekly monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all platforms
  • Assist with administrative duties related to e
- commerce.


Requirements:


  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of working experience preferably in Marketing/E commerce
  • Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • A team player with good communication & interpersonal skill, positive thinking, reliable, selfmotivated, and creative.
  • Proven track records of good practices and creative techniques related to web merchandising and/or online retailing.
  • Good command of English spoken and writing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate under tight timelines and pressure.
