OVERVIEW OF JOB
In this role, you will own, drive & execute all aspects of the regional organizational effectiveness agenda for GroupM in APAC (c. 15 markets & 13000 employees).

You will be a critical member in our regional learning & effectiveness team, working collaboratively with the various APAC Clusters, Agencies, and business units within GroupM as well as the Global L&E team.


This role reports to the APAC Head of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness based in Singapore and will be a part of the Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Centre of Value (CoV) in the regional team.

It is an individual contributor role.


PURPOSE & RATIONALE OF THE ROLE


This role will play a key part in driving a seamless & holistic career experience for our talent across APAC through key people cycles (annual performance management process) & talent programs (career growth and developmental pathways, mobility, and employee engagement).

This role will also support the APAC Chief People Officer in succession management and mitigating business continuity risk from a succession perspective of key roles across the region.


INTERVIEW PROCESS
The interview process will be a 4-stage process and will include 1:1 interviews with:

  • Head of Learning & Org Effectiveness, APAC (Krishna Bedi)
  • APAC CPO GroupM Nexus and Lead Corporate Functions HR (Rashi Kalucha)
  • APAC CPO GroupM (Dylan Choong)
  • Global Head of Org Effectiveness (Melissa Shilcock)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Annual Talent & Performance Processes (~ 30%):

  • Lead the program management, delivery, reporting & analytics around the annual talent initiatives / programs as per the annual OE plan (key milestones being Goal Setting, Mid-Year Self Reflection Exercise and Year End Process)
  • Define any regional adjustments to OE programs as needed from an APAC perspective and be the 'custodian' of all OE related programs in the region

Succession Planning & Risk Mitigation (~30%):

  • Be the owner & custodian of the execution of the overall succession planning process in APAC (APLT, Cluster CEOs and N-1, N-2 levels) as per the agreed frequency
  • Support the APAC CPO and Global L&E team to successfully roll out the succession exercise (collateral, data support) and liaise with APAC agency / cluster CPOs to drive this agenda

Special OE Projects, Career Paths & Mobility (20%):

  • Support delivery & roll out of one or more specific APAC wide projects / workstreams (e.g.,APAC Top 200 Campaign)
  • full life cycle ownership of design, execution and analytics
  • Work in conjunction with the talent acquisition team on the broader theme of talent mobility career pathing and internal mobility (partnership on awareness campaigns, and system related aspects)

Org Diagnosis & Surveys (~20%):


  • Design and execution of various leadership / talent diagnostic surveys as needed on CultureAmp or other tools e.g., MS Forms (360s, leadership assessments)
  • Support the seamless execution of the annual allin survey (employee engagement survey)

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Background in Organizational Psychology with experience in Talent Management / TalentAcquisition / Human Resources / Leadership Development / Performance Management or Learning & Development
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience in any industry
  • Familiarity and able to navigate matrixed environments effectively (global / regional / market / business)
