PACE also help companies build and develop their workplace learning capabilities, solutions and systems through training and consultancy projects.

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Statistics & Analytics, the appointee leads the facilitation of the review and reporting of Strategic and Operational performance indicators and statistics of Continuing Educated Training (CET) for internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (i.e. ministries, statutory boards, etc.). The appointee conducts data analysis and works in close co-operation with other functions to establish best practices for reporting, including the identification of trends and insights in determining their implications for PACE practices in core areas. He/She develops and implements continual improvement initiatives/projects, e.g. establishing an efficient data collation, cleaning and reporting process.
  • Lead the facilitation of the review and reporting of strategic and operational performance indicators and statistics for internal and external stakeholders (i.e ministries, statutory boards, etc.)
  • Conduct data analysis and work in close cooperation with other functions to draw up best practices for reporting, including the identification of trends and insights in determining their implications for PACE practices in core areas.
  • Apply appropriate tools to create powerful, sustainable and user-friendly dashboards, reports and analyses to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and implement plan for a centalised data system for CET performance and management reporting purposes
  • Identify areas of improvement and streamlining in process, workflow and templates for data collation, analysis and reporting and make recommendations and plans to implement improvement measures.
  • Establish fruitful relationship with internal and external stakeholders for CET performance data reporting
  • 4 to 8 years' relevant working experience in in data management, analytics and reporting, with good knowledge and skills in using data management tools/applications (i.e. MS Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.,) and other statistical tools/applications
  • Independent and team player who is mature, detail-oriented, meticulous, self-motivated with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task, good written and oral communication skills with a positive attitude and able to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
