    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Monitor and support company's operation, outlets and delivery functions.

    2. Assist company's operation and internal control procedures.

    3. Advice on the operation and management of the outlets with required analysis and proposal on the operation's efficiency

    4. Assist the Operations Manager to perform duties to execute marketing, and operational plans with goods' sales promotion packages.

    5. Attend to customer queries whenever necessary via email or text

    6. Able to handle guest feedback/complaints concerning food quality and service

    7. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelinethrough systematic filing

    8. Communicate internally important feedback from customers

    9. Preparing delivery note & arrange drivers for delivery.

    10. Manage and oversee e-commerce platform

    11. Provide feedback to management with regards to the supplier management and product quality issues.

    12. Responsible and monitor delivery functions by coordinating with the relevant parties

    13. Assist in executing and processing daily sales report

    14. Compile weekly sales reports and information to management, obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management

    15. Handle other ad hoc duties, as and when required.
