    Job Responsibilities

    • New production introduction (NPI).
    • Conduct technical review board (TRB) meetings to release the new products.
    • Prepare documents for NPI like infrastructure checklist, schedules, process requirements, recipes, material specifications and others as needed.
    • Execute running Engineering Sample, Prototype, EVT and Clean launch lots.
    • Coordinate with NPI process engineers on the scheduling of TRB meetings.
    • Attend design of experiment (DOE) handover meetings from Japan.
    • Execute running DOE and Corner lots in Singapore. Ensure deliverables are achieved.
    • Learn AGILE and support activities related to its use.
    • Achieve department KPI's.
    • Support engineers within the team.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineering or any other engineering discipline.
    • At least 1 year of experience as NPI, Development, Process Engineer or Program Manager in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Possess experience in any of the following, AOI, photolithography, sputtering, plating, and dicing.
    • Knowledge in FMEA, Statistical process control and 7 QC tools.
    • Knowledge in basic programming or macro creation (preferable)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, JMP, Agile
    • Team player and attention to details
    • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Possess problem solving skills.
