Job Highlights

Conceptualize, Plan & Execute event
Career Progression Opportunities
Hands on experience in managing different type of events (Dinner & Dance, Awards, Gala Dinner, Conferences and Teambuilding)

Role Descriptions

Brainstorm and Conceptualize ideas & concepts for proposal
Working closely with the Event Producer to execute events
Opportunity to pitch and present event proposal to client
Showcall & Programme management during event day
Overseeing and Liaising with various stakeholders involved in the event
Provide onsite support for events and any other adhoc duties

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma Holder and Fresh Entry Level is welcomed
Passion for events and is able to work long hours if required (don't worry, you will be compensated accordingly)
Effective Oral and Written Communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
Proficient in Google Document, Google Slides and Google Sheets
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
Keen attention to small/fine details
