    Description

    Time: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pmLocation: Tampines Industrial DriveResponsibilities:

    • Process daily orders.
    • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities.
    • Support cash flow planning and maintain accurate bank records and reconciliations.
    • Assist with monthly general ledger journals, schedules, and closing tasks.
    • Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

    What You'll Need to Succeed:

    • Possess relevant certificate in accounting or bookkeeping
    • At least 1-year experience in a similar position
    • Able to work under tight datelines
    • Meticulous & possess good attitude to learn
    • Mature, self-motivated, independent and able to multi-tasks
    • Competent in MS Office
    • Good communication skills & able to work independently
    • Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
