Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice to financial services clients (funds, banks, payments services, crypto) on complex financial regulatory issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
- Stay current on changes in financial regulations and provide updates to client
Qualifications:
- At least 78 PQE gained from a reputable local/international law firm
- SG Qualification preferred due to the nature of the work and legal advice rendered to clients
- Strong understanding of banking, securities, payments services, and crypto regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with strong interest in business development and practice management
- Strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills
