Description

• Experience with courseware/curriculum development and WSQ course accreditation processes and procedures
• To develop and implement initiatives for the overall courseware development and training quality for the various courses offered at TAA
• Identify and develop short courses based on market and industry needs
• Plan curriculum that meet goals to enhance industry competency standards
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding administration and implementation of courses
• Analyse training outcomes and implement improvement plans
• Manage the daily operations of TAA
• Represent TAA at external events and activities and act as the chief public relations spokesperson for TAA
• Promote courses conducted by TAA
• Promote and maintain appropriate publicity and outreach through social media and other communication channels
• To manage the organization and its finance, recruit staff, remuneration, and HR matters
• To report and update the directors of SIA Academy, Board of Governance (BOG) and the respective parent Institute on the progress of TAA

• Min a good bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Preferably a registered Architect
• ACTA Certified
• Min 1 years' relevant experience in learning and teaching
• Highly numerate, analytical and meticulous with strong administration skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills;
• Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• Resilient, resourceful with good problemsolving and criticalthinking skills, and thrives in a fastpaced, resultsoriented and ambiguous work environment
