Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team.

. Overseeing full spectrum of HR activities including talent acquisition, management and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, employee work pass matters

. Provide day-to-day support of HR operations

. Review, upgrade, and develop HR policies to support the business as it grows

. Partnering with management and work independently to deliver impactful HR/people initiatives and employee engagement to drive retention of the team and support growth

. Document management - contracts, agreements, HR-related employee letters, work permits, etc

. Manage payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits of employees

. Keeping abreast of, and implementing where appropriate, employment legislation and HR best practices.
