Job description:

• Responsible for the recruitment of the Singapore branch, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews;
• Formulate suitable recruitment strategies for the company based on Singapore government incentive policies;

Responsible for employee onboarding, probation, and resignation procedures;

• Assist in handling employee labor disputes and related matters, ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations;
• Participate in the development of employee training programs and conduct regular evaluations;

Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.


Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree, with priority given to majors in human resources, business administration, or related fields;
• Familiar with local recruitment regulations, government incentive policies, and labor laws in Singapore;
• Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and execution skills;
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced company environment and possess a strong team spirit.
