    Human Resource & Administration Manager

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Maintain employee records
    • Update leave records for employees
    • Prepare employment contracts
    • Prepare recruitment advertisements
    • Apply/Renew/Cancel EP/S-PASS
    • Monitor and arrange training for all local and foreign workers
    • Monitor and update ISO training records
    • Monitor and update dormitory list for foreign workers
    • Monitor insurance coverage for local and foreign workers
    • Assist in the renewal of company's registered contractors licences
    • Implementation of control measures
    • Adoption of HR technologies
    • Recruiting Talents

    Skills and Experience required

    • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years of payroll, HR operations and Finance experience
    • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Detailed oriented and strong proficiency in Microsoft package
