**Position: Clinic Assistant/Patient Service

FREE TRAINING**:

Location : Novena/ Farrer Park:

Working hours : 5.5 days/ Monday -Friday (currently operating in 5 days), Alternate Saturday only when required

(9am-5pm), Sat (9am-12pm)

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for an efficient counter service and answering of phone calls.
Maintains liaison needs of patients/relatives and staff.
Responsible for accurate patient biodata entry in the clinic system.
Undertakes to perform other duties as requested by the Clinic Manager or Directors.

Requirements:

Diploma / GCE 'A' levels
Preferably with 1 years or clinic/healthcare working experience
Able to perform 5.5 days' work week (Monday to Saturday) alternate saturday when needed

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
