    Roles & Responsibilities

    Be the orchestrator of success at HaveFun. As an Outlet Manager, oversee the operation, team, and guest experiences to ensure our karaoke haven thrives. Join us in leading, innovating, and shaping the future at Singapore's fastest-growing family karaoke destination.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Management:

    · Oversee the day-to-day operations of the karaoke outlet, including opening and closing procedures.

    · Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and all equipment is in working order.

    2. Staff Supervision:

    · Hire, onboard, train, and manage staff, including karaoke hosts, bartenders, and servers.

    · Schedule employees to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours.

    3. Customer Service:

    · Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.

    · Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

    4. Marketing and Promotion:

    · Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract patrons to the karaoke outlet.

    · Promote special events and offers to increase foot traffic and revenue.

    5. Inventory and Supplies Management:

    · Manage inventory levels of beverages, food, and karaoke equipment.

    · Place orders and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

    6. Financial Management:

    · Monitor and manage the outlet's budget, including cost control, pricing, and revenue targets.

    · Prepare financial reports and analyze sales data to make informed business decisions.

    7. Compliance and Licensing:

    · Ensure the outlet complies with all relevant licenses, permits, and health regulations.

    · Stay informed about local laws related to the operation of the outlet.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide excellent customer service.
    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly.
    • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
    • Basic financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
    • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets.
    • Understanding of local regulations and licensing requirements related to the hospitality industry.
