Description

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) focuses on developing a future-ready built environment for Singapore by ensuring building safety and leading the sector towards a safe, high-quality, sustainable, and friendly environment. We are seeking resourceful, energetic, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about contributing to Singapore's built environment.

What you will be working on:

Developing strategies, roadmap, and implementation plan to promote the use of technology-enabled learning in BCA Academy
Evaluating the suitability of learning technologies and leading initiatives to incorporate technologies like MR, AI, and learning analytics for enhanced learning experiences
Assessing the effectiveness of technology through data measurement and analytics
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to oversee Learning Management System (LMS) and digital tools for effective online learning and assessment
Managing multiple tenants and users of the LMS to encourage industry-wide knowledge sharing
Applying design thinking to improve learning and administrative processes for a seamless user experience
Building internal capabilities

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in similar roles
Deep understanding of Singapore's training and learning landscapes
Ability to cultivate an innovative culture and navigate change
Strong independent and collaborative work capabilities with diverse stakeholders
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
