Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

· Promote and sell air management solutions to potential clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.

· Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

· Provide accurate and up-to-date updates of sales activities and project details.

Technical Expertise:

· Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical engineering to articulate the technical aspects of our solutions.

· Assess customer sites and provide technical expertise to ensure optimal placement and functionality of infection control equipment.

· Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.

Customer Support:

· Conduct training sessions for healthcare facility staff on the proper use and maintenance of our infection control equipment.

· Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing questions and concerns related to product performance.

Overseas Support:

· Be prepared to travel as required to support overseas market operations.

· Adapt to different cultural and business practices while representing the company in international markets.

Required Capabilities:

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.

· Background in facility management, i.e., at least 1 year of experience working with HVAC systems, would be an advantage.

· Strong interpersonal skills and communication to discuss technical details in English and Chinese.

· High level of motivation and discipline, particularly in a start-up environment.

· Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

· Those with no prior experience in sales are welcome to apply.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support operations.
