Description

Job Responsibilities:
Handle client onboarding, including due diligence processes, sanctions screening, and compliance tasks. Liaise with clients to collect necessary documents and ensure compliance.

Conduct searches and complete due diligence according to compliance procedures. Manage client database and ensure information is up-to-date.

Coordinate account opening and changes, collaborating with Legal, Credit, and Operations teams.

Track and perform timely periodic reviews. Serve as the main point of contact for client queries related to onboarding and due diligence matters.

Perform tasks as a Maker and Custodian in Safe Custody Management when required. Ensure adherence to procedures and escalate risks/issues for resolution.

Assist in developing and maintaining an activities Dashboard. Handle day-to-day client queries and complaints, escalating as necessary.


Job Requirements:
Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate when necessary. Understanding of Wholesale banking products and KYC/AML procedures.

Knowledge of operations management and monitoring requirements. Familiarity with credit documentation, loan structures, trade finance, and banking terminology.

5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large financial institution.
